5. Do not Track

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

19. Returning for replacement and refund
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. The buyer assumes the return shipping cost.
If your timepiece was damaged in the shipping process, or you receive the wrong watch, please send us pictures of the damages within 3 days of arrival to email@example.com – we will get in touch to arrange a replacement to be shipped.
Before returning items, please make sure that you contact us first, and that you follow the instructions below. We advise that you read our returns policy and ensure that all criteria are met before sending any items back to us.
Note: goldentimepieces.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
20. General Refunds
1. All products must be returned in their original condition.
2. Once you have confirmed any mis-shipped items with us, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees.
3. If the color of the item received is different to your order, you will be eligible for a correctly colored item to be sent to you.
21. Returning for replacement or refund
If there are any issues with the quality of your product, we will be responsible for exchanging the items or issuing a refund within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. Please contact us before returning any items.

22. International Shipping
We have no control over local customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Please take a look at the estimated shipping times below:
a) USA: 25-35 business days (tracking system available on our site 5-10 days after an order has been shipped)
b) Rest of World: 25-60 business days (no tracking system available)
Shipping times have been affected by COVID-19. Please rest assured that we will do our best to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and partners and are taking preventive measures to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Delayed delivery. Packages can on rare occasions take longer than the expected timeframe. We are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur in transit and seek your understanding and patience should this occur. If there are no tracking updates for over 30-60 business days, we will ship a new package out to you.
Please note that delays can be more likely to occur during the busier year-end holiday seasons.
23. Processing time vs Shipping time
Processing times are different from shipping times and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be checked, packaged, sent to logistics and then to the post office. After your order has been processed, your package will then be collected by our shipping company for dispatch.
24. Cancelling and order
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change the shipping address as your order may have already been processed.
25. Unclaimed orders
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
26. Custom / Duty fees
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding these fees. Customs agents can delay the delivery of some packages.
27. Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers or warehouse locations (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
